Joshua P. Lushnat
Joshua P. Lushnat graduated from Wayne State University Law School in June 2011. His rank was 4 out of 203 and he graduated magna cum laude, with a 3.85 grade point average. At Wayne State, Mr. Lushnat has already been awarded the Silver Key Certificate in 2009 and the Gold Key Certificate in 2010 for his outstanding legal scholarship; and received the Dean’s Scholar Merit Scholarship, and the Ida and Benjamin Alpert Foundation Academic Achievement Scholarship. He was selected as an Assistant Editor and then a student Note Editor of the Journal of Law in Society. He also received the Best Article Edit Award in 2010. In 2010, Mr. Lushnat was a judicial intern with Chief Judge Gerald E. Rosen in the Eastern District of Michigan.
Mr. Lushnat graduated cum laude from Western Michigan University in 2008, earning his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Applied Mathematics and minors in Finance and Statistics. During his undergraduate education, Mr. Lushnat received a WMU Medallion Academic Scholarship; the Grover Bartoo Memorial Scholarship, and was a member of the Pi Mu Epsilon National Mathematics Honor Society.
