David Hansma has been an attorney at the firm since 2007. During that time, Mr. Hansma has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts in broad range of litigation matters, with an emphasis on appellate and commercial litigation. Mr. Hansma’s representations have included both plaintiffs and defendants in multimillion dollar cases. Mr. Hansma has also expanded his appellate practice, and has been involved in appeals in the Michigan Court of Appeals, Michigan Supreme Court, Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Mr. Hansma’s appellate efforts have resulted in a number of victories for his clients, which are represented in part by the published Eastern District opinion in Needa Parts Mfg, Inc v PSNet, Inc and the opinion in Mize v Tedford.
