Terry Milne Osgood is a talented legal researcher and an expert writer who has led numerous appeals in state and federal cases across the country. Drawing on her state and federal judicial clerkships, her background in Linguistics, her studies in numerous languages and her fascination with semantics, she writes in a persuasive, precise and demonstrably effective style.
